Christmas cookies

600g flour
250g sugar
250g butter
1 vanilla sugar
1 yeast
1 egg and 3 yolks
lemon zest
2 spoons warm water

Whip eggs, sugar, butter, lemon zest and water.
Add flour and yeast and mix quickly.
Let rest the kneading for half an hour in the fridge, then spread and form the cookies.

Bake in the oven at 160°-180° for about 7 minutes.
