Prices
The prices are per day and person with half board including taxes and services.
On the day of arrival the rooms will be available from 14.00 pm. On departure day we kindly ask you to vacate the room no later than 10 am.
All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
No discounts will be applied for uneaten meals unless management is notified in before 12.00 am.
Payment: Cash, EC-card, Visa and MasterCard
Reductions
0 – 2 years in the crib 25,00 € per day
2 – 4 years in the crib/cot 33,00 € per day
4 – 8 years -30% in parents’ room
9 – 12 years -20% in parents’ room
Third person with additional bed -10%
Fourth person with additional bed -20%
For overnight stays with bed & breakfast € 10,00 will be deducted from the half board price
Addition
Addition for standard double room as single occupancy 20,00 € per day
Small pets per day without food 15,00 €
Final cleaning 20,00 €
Pets are not allowed in the dining room.
Garage 10,00 € per day
Room service 5,00 €
For a stay of less than 3 nights we apply a supplement of 10%
Cancellation
Bookings are confirmed as soon as we will receive the deposit of 30% of the stay per room. In case of partial or complete cancellation we reserve the faculty to withhold the deposit sent us as per Italian Civil Code Art. 1385 and 1386.
In case of booking cancellation, in addition we reserve the right to apply the following penalties:
Up to 30 days before 0% - up to 15 days before +40%
From 15 to 5 days before +70% - less than 5 days before +100%
Therefore we recommend the cancellation insurance from Hogast
Cancellation insurance
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards.
In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
