We change daily our prices according to our occupancy. You will find the actual prices on our price calculator.
On the day of arrival the rooms will be available from 3 pm. On departure day we kindly ask you to leave the room no later than 11 am.
All rooms are no-smoking rooms.
No discounts will be applied for uneaten meals unless management is notified in before 12.00 am.
Payment: Cash, EC-card, Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept checks.
Local tax
From the 1st of January 2024 not included in the price of the room: € 3.80 per person per night, except children until 14 years.
Included
Free access to the swimming pool with whirlpools and panoramic view to the beautiful mountains Conturines and Lavarella.
Free access to the brand new sky wellness center with panoramic view on the garden, heated outdoor pool, Bio sauna, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, two relax area, fitness room and gym.
Reductions
For overnight stays with bed & breakfast € 10,00 will be deducted from the half board price
Addition
For a stay of less than 3 nights we apply a supplement of 10%.
Pets
Cancellation
Bookings are confirmed as soon as we will receive the deposit of 20% of the total cost of each room. In case of partial or complete cancellation we reserve the faculty to withhold the deposit sent us as per Italian Civil Code Art. 1385 and 1386.
In case of retarded arrival, booking cancellation or anticipated departure we reserve the right to apply the following penalties:
In case of delayed arrival or early departure or change of the dates of arrival/departure the booking price is charged in full.
Covid-19: In case of a new lock down, the cancellation is free of charge.
You can use the deposit for a future stay in our hotel within the end of the year or it will be refunded in full.

Trip cancellation insurance
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges will be redeemed.
In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.

- 2-4 years in the crib/cot: -70%.
- 5-8 years in parents’ room: -30%.

- Addition for double room as single occupancy: from 30% to 40% per day;
- Small pets per day without food € 28,00;

Pets
- Your pets are welcome in our hotel! We will ask a daily fee of € 28,00 to cover the cleaning expenses. We ask a prior notice at the time of booking;
- To avoid any possible inconvenience, please keep your dog on a leash at all times, both inside the hotel and in the outdoor areas. Pets accompanied by their owners are welcome at the bar, the stube and in the main hall; however, they are not allowed to enter other common areas including the dining hall, playroom, fitness studio, spa and garden;
- Please, do not leave your pets unattended in the room for more than two hours (day and night);
- It is forbidden to let your pets go on beds, sofas, chairs or tables. If the staff members should notice any damage on bed linen, towels or napkins, we reserve the right to charge the cost of the damaged goods;
- For safety reason, the cleaning staff will not be cleaning rooms where pets have been left unattended. If you are in your room at the time the cleaning staff show up, we ask that you kindly keep your dog on a leash. To facilitate organisation, please inform reception of your most convenient time for room cleaning.
Cancellation
