Our rich varied menus offer a wide choice of top-class delicious dishes for lunch and dinner, carefully prepared by our expert chef.
Start with appetizing starters and a choice of salads from our buffet, followed by gorgeous pasta dishes and then main courses guaranteed to tickle any palate, from vegetarian dishes to those with red or white meat, needless to say rounded off by a tempting sweet treat for dessert.
Visit our bright, welcoming restaurant and enjoy traditional Ladin dishes, expertly paired with the best local wines and the most famous Italian labels.
Our oldest local dishes were created in farmhouse kitchens where farmers’ wives had to come up with tasty meals using just a couple of “poor” ingredients.
Our house specialities feature locally produced cereals, legumes and vegetables such as barley, rye, oats, wheat, peas, beans, turnips and potatoes, which are grown because they are able to withstand the freezing winter temperatures. Then we have fruit such as apples, plums and small fruit which grow in abundance in the woods - blackcurrants, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.
No local dish would be complete without the food produced by our locally reared animals: from our famous speck to the many different types of cheese, eggs, milk and butter.
